Hands down the best place in Sri Lanka for CCIE studies. The "NP2IE" program covers pretty much everything from fundamentals of Networking to highly advanced topics. This was a great course that kicked off my studying into the CCIE R&S. I have followed serval networking courses in Sri Lank and in my opinion, nothing has come remotely close to what I have studied at NGN global.
The entire course is designed to upgrade your knowledge based from the ground level to a networking expert and then on top of that the course director brings on his network expertise and year of experience via the work book.
The work book is a combination of theory and real world network problems. I would say that the workbook is the stepping stone from theory, to actual network engineering.
Most learning center design their curriculum to get your certificate, but at NGN global, they have designed the curriculum for you to be an engineer who is capable of traffic engineering at any level
